I was completely blown out and my work order was closed while I was awaiting a disposition from my service writer. My warranty company was not honoring my warranty or the actual part that needed replacement requires Nissan to replace an entire rear end assembly instead of just replacing the bad part included within the read end carrier assembly mounting bushing. Ridiculous that Nissan would NOT replace just the bad component and rip off the customer for over three thousand for an assembly that is OK just fime

I made a 10:00am appointment for maintenance service. Upon arrival I was told it would take 2 to 3 hrs. Why the appointment then!? 2nd. After work was finished I was told to pick up my keys from the porter no charge because I got several visits for maintenance when I bought my vehicle. Mike really worked some magic to get me into a great used car! I didn't have credit, good or bad, because I've always paid for everything with cash. Mike was able to get me a 2019 vehicle with only 25,000 miles that I'm so grateful for. Being able to get back & forth to work in a reliable car makes all the difference. Recently ,I took my care for engine check up to Planet Nissan on Centennial Boulevard. Service advisor, RYAN SELASKY, was extremly helpful. They checked my car for any major issue car was checked for any major problem and provided a detailed report at no cost. Service department here is great - and Jennifer helped me with a past issue beforehand. I've been mostly happy with Planet Nissan. My one piece of feedback is around tire rotations. Seems like there should have been a rotation done on this visit based on the last time they were rotated -but that didn't happen.

Alex is his name and he took care of all the details, scheduled the appointment. I returned a week later and he did everything as he prepared me for and was absolutely fantastic. Fast & friendly service! Jason didn't try to upsale me on things I didn't need, and even the additional service I asked about wasn't needed & he didn't push me to do it anyway. My car was done in half the time he said it would take, and the Coffee in the waiting room was Starbucks quality!
Always friendly and courteous. Takes you on time for your appointment. Ask if there is any other issue with your vehicle besides what you are coming in for. I appreciate the shuttle. There are times I am unable to coordinate schedules with family. They are always friendly as well.

Dealership clean but Scooby Do on tv for hrs? Cartoons really? When I walked in and when I was leaving it took several minutes to be acknowledged. Got text from partner who was at work car was done. They couldn't walk 30 feet to waiting area to tell me it was done..i have bought 2 cars from Planet within 3 years.Probably.wont use this dealership again. On the positive I called on Friday right before closing and was able to get Saturday appointment which I appreciated and wait was only 2 hours.
I love Planet Nissan! Ken is always super nice whenever I go in for my oil change or regular maintenance on my car. He’s personable and keeps me informed on what’s going on with my car. This place and the people are always awesome!

I bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership and off the lot the vehicle was no inspected properly. Trim pieces had fallen off and weren’t reinstalled prior to selling I had to find them stuffed in the storage compartments. Protectant paint film was not installed properly even though the dealership charges 1,995 for this, with no option to decline package. Film was lifting on edges from day one. I’m very glad I decided to switch to Planet Nissan. After many years of loyalty to another Nissan dealership I was treated very poorly and decided enough is enough! I was pleasantly surprised to see Ken Vontalge at Planet. I knew him from the previous dealership. Ken always keeps me updated and I feel that I can trust him. Be careful when signing paperwork. We found out after the fact they slipped in an insurance policy for tire and wheel damage at a cost of $650 added to financing raising the monthly payment $18. Now trying to get this removed, they offer a refund but the payment remains the same. In other words they refund you the extra payment but then you give the refund right back because the payment is not lowered. You're now financing that refund! How stupid is this deal?

We return to Mike again and again for our vehicles since our first experience with him several cars ago. Mike is happy to work at our pace and answer any questions we have, sometimes more than once. I appreciate being able to reach him after a new purchase, as things come up. We will continue to purchase our vehicles through Mike as the kids are now beginning to drive etc..

The dealership has speedy service and a welcoming atmosphere. Advisor Jason Rodas in particular us always my go to because he ensures you as a customer have a great experience. The mechanics I'm unsure of because sometimes my car has the same issues before and after maintenance, but in terms of advisors I 100% recommend scheduling with Jason Rodas if you're at planet Nissan!
