It was a good service. The only thing I didn’t like was getting the recommendations for my vehicle was hours later after my appointment. If I would have got them during my service I could have decided to do them then or not.

The repair for my car was done quickly (considering I was initially told it could take between 3 weeks to 3 months for repairs depending on availability of the parts). It was done in 21 days. Completely under warrantee and totally free to me.
My vehicle takes 5qts and only 4 were filled according to the receipt. I checked the oil level after a few days and my dipstick is way above its range. I can’t say I trust this place enough to return. Would much rather waste my time completing the oil change myself than to put my car in your techs hands. Thanks for nothing.

In the end my Altima was fixed and I am very happy with the end result and dealing with Alex. He was given my catastrophe including poor communication and he calmly confirmed the transmission (the 3rd) was in great working order. I love my car and she runs smoothly now. My TRUWARRANTY limits my repairs to only Nissan Dealerships, but from now on I will insist on contacting Alex for my car's repairs.
